Certificate of Baptism pictures Angels descending from Heaven to the Baptismal Font. One
angel holds a banner which reads: "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations,
baptising them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Matt.
28:19." There is a picture of Jesus being baptized by John the Baptist and the words: "Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee. And was baptised of John in Jordan. Mark 1:9." Another angel plays a harp, a third holds a copy of the Bible and a forth stands beside the Baptismal Font, beside which is the scripture, "He that believeth and is baptised shall be saved. Mark 16:16" At the bottom is a picture of Jesus with children gathered at his knee and the scripture reading, "Suffer the little children to come unto me and forbid the not for of such is the Kingdom of God. Mark 10:14." And a scroll reading "Now the Lord of Peace himself give you peace always by all means. 2 Thess. 3:16" With the necessary spaces to record the Baptism information. |
