Joe's Garage by Kay Lamb Shannon
This bucolic scene pictures an old time gas station and
garage sitting beside a rutted dirt road. An old touring car approached down the road and
an old truck and car are parked under a tree at the side. The side wall is decorated with
a number of old signs for Dr. Pepper, Planter's Peanut, Flying A Gas, etc. The American
flag flies proudly over the front porch.

Here is a little old-fashioned country store where Uncle Joe
is plying his wares. Through the windows we can see yard goods, clothing and an old
grandfather clock. On the screen door is a Coca Cola sign. There is a box of garden tools
on the porch and a table with a display of flat irons. In the yard are various toys and
articles of furniture.

This old-fashioned country store offers second hand
bargains. Through the windows we can see clothing, hats and other assorted wares. Above
the screen door is a Nu Grape Soda sign. There is a trunk on the porch and a rack of
clothes beside a bench. In the yard are various toys, barrels and a table of odds and
ends.

Main Street USA by Kay Lamb Shannon
A glimpse of small town USA in about 1960. The old brick
police station sits on the corner of Liberty Lane. The police cars are parked in front of
the station. On one side of the station is a dress shoppe with living quarters above, on
the other side is the Town Hall. This lovely art print has a wide beige border with a
narrower light blue inner border.

The Old Fire Station by Kay Lamb Shannon
A glimpse of small town USA in about 1935. The old brick
fire station has both doors open. One fire truck is in front of the station, the other is
in the driveway. On one side of the station is a bakery with living quarters above, on the
other side is a two story boarding house with "Room for Rent" sign on the front
door. This lovely 16 by 20 inch art print has a wide beige border with a narrower light
blue inner border.
