The following are our shipping policies:
Shipping Charges
Shipping & handling for unframed prints and/or gift items within the US is $6.50
for the first $9.99, $7.50 for $10.00 to $24.99 and $8.50 for $25.00 to $49.99, $12.75 for
$50.00 to $100.00 and $17.75 for 100.01 and up including insurance. Framed print shipping
is calculated according to size and weight on each item.
Shipping time frame
Due to space limitations in our warehouse only our most popular items are kept in
stock. If an item is in stock, it will usually ship within 7 to 10 days. If an item is not
in stock shipment can take 3 to 4 weeks. If you are ordering a gift or need an item by a
particular date please email us at grandma@grandmas-attic.com or call us at (866)446-6122
and we will check to see if the item is in stock and can meet your need by date before
placing your order.
Shipping for unframed prints and gift items
Gift items and packages of several prints are usually shipped via Priority Mail. Some
prints and gift items are shipped via First Class Mail. If an item is temporarily out of
stock shipping may be delayed waiting for new stock to arrive. If more stock is not
expected within a reasonable time a refund will be made.
Framed Art Prints (within the USA only)
These are professionally framed. Prints are not framed until an order is received.
Framed art print shipping is charged according to size and weight. All except the smallest
framed prints are shipped via FedEx Ground and take two to three days enroute.
Framed print packaging
All except the smaller framed prints are shipped in special boxes with special
packaging. I do everything I can to keep shipment costs down but the costs are due to the
fragile nature and the weight of these shipments. If you will check the prices of similar
size frames I believe you will find that the prices for these lovely framed prints
including the shipping charges is quite reasonable.
Shipping Notification
An email is sent through the shipping service to notify you of tracking and/or
delivery confirmation numbers. These are separate from the shipping confirmation email
that is sent to you by us.
7 day return policy
Buyer has 7 days from receipt of merchandise to request a refund resulting from
product damages or incorrect product shipped. If an incorrect product was shipped, product
must be returned before a refund can be given. Refunds will not be given for buyer remorse
or buyers miscalculations for framing suitability.
Sales tax
By law we are required to collect sales tax for items shipped to addresses in
Arkansas.
Insurance
Insurance charges are included in the shipping & Handling charges. All shipments
within the USA are insured.
