Frances Brundage Art Prints and Illustrated books

Frances Brundage was a talented and prolific artist. She was born in 1854 in New Jersey. Her first sketch was to illustrate a poem by Louisa May Alcott. Her wide eyed children were seen in books, on calendars and flue covers. She drew paper dolls and Valentines. She was one of the most popular artist of the Victorian era and continued to work into the twentieth century. Her art prints and Frances Brundage illustrated books continue to be popular. Frances Lockwood Brundage died in 1937.
